Important Reminders

• Students should wear their class shirt or class color on Friday.
• Basketball shorts are allowed as long as they reach the knee.
• Tennis shoes are required for safety. (No Crocs, slides, sandals or flip-flops.)
• Water, G2, and Powerade Zero are allowed along with bottled water.
• Shorts are recommended as long as they follow dress code.
• Please apply sunscreen at home before school.
• This year’s Track and Field is a class‑based Olympic-style event.
• Students will remain with their classmates and teachers throughout the event.
• Parents are welcome to attend. (Please note siblings may not participate in Track and Field activities.)
• There are bleachers for seating but are limited; parents encouraged to bring chairs.
• Parents will be asked to remain seated during all events to ensure student safety and smooth rotations.

• Students will not be released to parents at field.
• We will have ribbons and the winning team trophy presentation at Stuchbery’s gym at 2:00; parents are welcome.
• If you plan to check your child out immediately after awards presentation, you will do that in the office.
• Keep all belongings to take home at the end of the day
